Welcome to Mat Pilates, a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment & flexibility. Pilates emphasizes core strength, coordination, and breathing techniques. The early foundations of pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, Pilates aims to create a balanced body and mind connection through controlled movements. Pilates if forever BODY and for all fitness levels as well as can be adapted to individual needs and goals. My goal as a pilates coach is to strengthen the body through resistance & body weight training. I want our class to be a space where people can reconnect to the present moment through inner empowerment & cultivating confidence within. See you on the Mat. -Marina

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please do so with at least 24 hours notice to be considerate of those who are on the waitlist. There will be a $15 fee to the yoga instructor for no-shows to the class or cancel less than 24 hours. Thank you for your mindfulness during these times where class participants are limited.
