Service Description
All levels welcome! Come join Alyssa before she heads off to graduation with an empowering warrior flow that will leave you ready to tackle the week ahead. Suggested donation of $10 per class as Alyssa is on her teaching journey. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign a waiver and receive a feedback survey that is required at the end of class.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please do so with at least 24 hours notice to be considerate of those who are on the waitlist. There will be a $15 fee to the yoga instructor for no-shows to the class or cancel less than 24 hours. Thank you for your mindfulness during these times where class participants are limited.
