Service Description
Unwind in the soft glow of candlelight with a gentle flowing sequence that allows you to relax as you breathe deeply and move with intention. This class will end with an extended period of relaxation infused with the sounds of Crystal Alchemy bowls. This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience. 75 minutes. **We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to promptly being class. If you need to cancel, please do so with at least 24 hours notice to be considerate of those who are on the waitlist. There is a $15 fee to the yoga instructor for no-shows to the class or cancel less than 24 hours. Thank you for your mindfulness during these times where class participants are limited.
