Class suitable for beginners to intermediate levels. Students are encouraged to practice at their own pace. **We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to promptly being class. If you need to cancel, please do so with at least 24 hours notice to be considerate of those who are on the waitlist. There is a $15 fee to the yoga instructor for no-shows to the class or cancel less than 24 hours. Thank you for your mindfulness during these times where class participants are limited.
